Are you struggling with being heard?

Does it sometimes feel like everyone is just "chattering?"

 

Then this workshop is for you. This is an afternoon of learning how to really "hear" among all the chatter. How to just pick out key phrases or words that can sum up what is being said.

How to communicate with others by using your own key words.

 This workshop will teach you how to:

 
   

Quiet yourself when preparing to listen.
   

Zone in on key words and key phrases.
   

Recognize the various tones used to communicate with.
   

Recognize your reactions to the various ways of communication.
   

Communicate without attacking or becoming defensive. What causes this and what we can do about it.
   

Really speak your "truth" and hear another's in return. This workshop will also help you identify the major factors of why "miscommunication" often takes place.
   

Recognize your communication style:  Are you the one who raises their voice to be heard? Are you the one who suffers in silence? Are you the one who tries to always speak nicely to be heard? What is your style?
   
   

LISTENING with our HEARTS is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and another. When we talk from our hearts, it's easier to understand us, and when we listen with our HEARTS, we can hearthe message another is bringing us.
