Have
you had enough ot this? The
worry, the stress, always
being troubled?
If YES, read on.
What is worry, stress?
Worry and stress is a
product of the mind. As we
are going through life, it
is based on many belief
structures and as we start
to move through these
structures, the mind creates
the worry and the stress.
The mind cannot always see
the outcome, so it attempts
to analyze and solve every
step of the way before it
will say "GO AHEAD", take
the step.
The mind says - "What about
this?" "What about that?"
"This might happen!" "What
if it's a wrong decision?"
Basically, what the mind is
communicating to you is that
- it doesn't trust you! Not
the other person, not the
circumstance - it doesn't
trust you.
You, the essence of you, the
soul of you makes the
choice. Often making the
choice is as simple as
saying "Yes" or "No". But
the many layers in between
will come into play with you
as you judge, analyze,
reflect on every
circumstance you are about
to face.
What if you are rejected?
What if no one likes you?
What if you no longer fit
in? The mind will take you
through all these steps.
If you are tired of living
in your mind, if you are
tired of the mind making all
the decisions for you, then
you are ready for the
Creating Intimacy With The
Self workshop.
Through this workshop, it is
possible to see how strongly
the mind is affecting you
when you enter into new
situations - when you go to
take a step that is
different from the ones you
have been taking. When you
are aware of the reactions,
then you can assist you mind
with a firm statement of
"TRUST ME", we're doing it
differently.

Meditation, we all have an
image of it.
Normally
looks like something in the
picture. Get yourself into
position - the lotus
position. Palms up, back
aligned and now you
meditate.
But what is meditation? Many
of used it to calm
themselves, to bring some
peace into their lives and
also to calm the minds into
relaxing.
But does meditation have to
be done a certain way? To
accomplish our goals, aren't
there many more ways. Over
the course of many years, I
first started meditating
this way and then I
discovered the truth - I
always did know how to
meditate.
Once I realized what
"meditation" was, I then
watched how many ways I did
it, and here are some of the
ways I did it naturally.
Daydreaming - off I would go
and just slip into a
daydream for a while - very
calming and peaceful.
Music - drift off while
listening to my favourite
music.
Watching TV - noticed I
wasn't really watching the
story, just sort of had it
on as background filler.
Water - sitting by a lake or
pond = instant relaxation
would take over.
Those are some of my ways.
I'm sure if you really think
about it, you will have a
dozen or so ways you slip
off for relaxation.
When does it really help?
When you become consciously
aware that you need that
relaxation and you just
allow yourself to go into
it.
The result is - when you do
it freely you can
rejuventate at will!
Give yourself permission
- do a little "wool
gathering" today.
